Individual Registration Terms & Conditions

• To receive a full refund for the conference registration fee, cancellations must be made prior to April 17, 2020.
• Registration payment must be received within 30 days of the date of registration. All registrations must be paid in full by May 8, 2020.
• Registrant substitution: $75 fee for any attendee substitution made after April 17, 2020.

Group Registration Terms & Conditions

• There are no refunds or cancellations for group discount registration.
• Group attendees must be from the same institution and all group members must stay at the conference hotel.
• Registration payment must be received within 30 days of the date of registration. All registrations must be paid in full by May 8, 2020.
• Registrant substitution: $75 fee for attendee substitution made after April 17, 2020.

Hotel / Room Reservation Terms & Conditions

Hotel reservations are separate from the UGM Registration and will not be made by InfoEd.

• A major credit card is required to make a room reservation.
• A daily resort fee of $24 (subject to applicable tax) will be added to the reservation upon check-in.
• The hotel’s check-in time is 4:00PM. The hotel will do the utmost to accommodate attendees prior. Checkout time is 11:00AM.
